Actual results: Regiona and Language

Description of problem:
After having installed Fedora 21 in "Japanese",
it becomes "English" when I confirm "Regiona and Language" of the settings.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
21-TC2 and Beta

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Fedora in language "日本語 Japanese".
2. The setting after the installation chooses "日本語（かな漢字）" (Japanese (kana
kanji)).
3. refer to "Setting - Regiona and Language" after completion

Actual results:
言語(Language): "English (United States)"
フォーマット(Format):  "United States (English)"

Expected results:
言語(Language): "日本語" (Japanese)
フォーマット(Format):  "日本" (Japan)
