For RHEL 5.x, translation work should take place on rhel5-branch. For
RHEL
4.x, translation should take place on rhel4-branch.
As we support only RHEL-5 (and possibly 6), I'll enable translation
submission to rhel5-branch.
RHEL 6.x is a different story since we are in active development for
RHEL 6.0.
So we should wait for some sort of stabilization phrase I guess.
Basically, if you see a rhelX-branch, you should use that for RHEL
translations. If not, do your work in master.
The warning message you added should only appear for the Fedora branches.
