Fedora Core 3 Release Notes translation

Hello, Sarah and Jeremy! We has discussed in June question about translation of FC3 Release Notes. I understand Red Hat team should be very careful with this document but end user is waiting good translation of whole product. I suppose translation teams could provide good enough "unofficial" translation of Release Notes. I see some points to discuss: - remark of "unofficial" status of translation in title - copyright notice of original document and translation - file format and encoding ( plain text and html in unicode UTF-8 ) Please find attached translation of Release Notes for FC3 test2 as sample. SSH Key - CVS Access Suggestion

Sarah/Bernd & Team, I noticed that it is sometimes frustration to lose the SSH Key, and the lack of an automated way to update the key (Due to format PC, bad drive, or whatever reason) So, I want to suggest an enhancement here to the current system (If it is doable). Everyone of us has a PIN we use to Take/Release modules, can we have a link to Update our SSH key and use the same PIN to authenticate the person ? The goal here is to make the adminstration less, avoid the mistakes, and allow the person to update his/her key when needed. What do you think about that? Thanks Sherif

Arabic Translation - 100% Translated

I would like to announce that we reached 100% Arabic Translated modules. We still will go through a tough time unifying and tuning the translation. Yet, the state on it right now is good enough. I would like to thank the fedora team, and the arabic fedora arabic translation team. Thanks Sherif

Possible Public key problem

Error While Checking Out In Tortoise.

How to localize Firefox?

Hi, Does anyone know how to localize Firefox in FC3? Is it possible to create localized RPMs? Would it be possible to make them install by default? I'm interested to know how do you do it for your languages, thanks! Regards! /Josep P.S.: There's a bug #139290 related.

What is "Unit language"?

In dist (formerly specspo) there are two messages: msgid "Provides Unit language engine for iiimf-server." msgid "Unit language engine for iiimf-server" I don't understand this. The meaning of "unit" which I know does not seem to make sense. Is there a language "Unit"? If so, where is it spoken. I looked for it in some places, for example on http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/langhome.html, but I couldn't find it. Please explain, anybody who knows, so I can translate this message correctly.

Request of files for gl language.

Hello, I'm starting with the translation of Fedora Core to Gallega (gl), I want to translate 'system-config-samba' and 'system-config-services', but there isn't any gl.po files for that packages. Can anyone create this files please? Thank you very much. SyS
