The output of "kexec -h" is not translated at all.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Everytime "kexec -h" is entered.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter "kexec -h" in the terminal as root.

All the output from the "kexec -h" is in English.
Expected results:
It should be localized.

Release Notes update

Hi,
It looks like the last Release Notes update contains some questionable
changes:
1. There are many entities added. Example:
A slice's name describes its position relative to the root slice.
becomes

2. Tags were removed and the phrases wer broken into puzzles:
Support for <productname>TrueCrypt</productname> in Fedora is expanded by
<application>systemd-cryptsetup</application> support for the technology,

Websites translations freeze

Greetings,
pulling POs to our production websites are now in freeze to avoid
overriding translated strings on the F20 branch. Affected websites are
fedoraproject.org and spins.fedoraproject.org.
This means the actual websites won't pull any new translated strings
to production until F20 will be released.
We will update the strings regularly to permit you to translate all
the changes in the next two weeks. POs are actually pulled daily into
the beta branch and will merge to production at F20 release time.

Fedora "Ten Years" T-shirt

Hi,
Everyone knows, it is 10th Fedora Birthday, Yay!
As a part of this celebration, Ambassador team is planning to present
"Ten Years" T-shirt to the contributors who made Fedora great. It's sure
that everyone of us deserves this T-shirt, but as it is physical present
therefore the number is limited. Each team, such as Development,
Documentation, Design, Infra, etc, will nominate their candidates. So
we, as Localization, will also nominate our candidates.
Now I like to ask for your help to list our candidates (aka top
contributors since 2003).
Could you please discuss among your language teams, and nominate top
contributors from you team?
The list to fill is prepared, please enter here [1]. Depending on the
number of people listed, the final list might need to have only people
placed in first. But please try to fill 2nd and 3rd as well, as they
still have a chance. I like to set the due date on 29th Nov, Friday
(subject to change).
Any question is welcome.

Proposed new process for new coordinators

Hi,
At meeting yesterday, the team of language translations(pt-br),
realized that not exist a process to define new coordinators in our region,
consulting the official documentation realized that this process does not
exist. I believe that a documented process would be very useful for our
team (pt-br) as for the other teams in Fedora, so I'm sharing with
colleagues our document:

We decided at the last meeting that we will test this new process for
the new releases of Fedora 20 and 21, so what end this testing period will
report to all our feeling on this.
