This was an issue of the servers, and after a ping to the
Infrastructure it was fixed.
Reminding that the place to report such problems are #fedora-l10n and
#fedora-admin, not fedora-trans-list.
As a project coordinator, I'd rather get a mail notification as soon
as an issue is found in transifex rather than hanging around IRC
asking what's going on. That's the reason why I sent an e-mail to the
list, so people could be informed that such an issue is happening. I'd
like to see this kind of communications more often from
administrators, so next time I want to spend some spare time working
on translations I can know in advance if the system is working or not.
