Security Guide ready for translation

I just finished committing a few patches and closing a few bugs on the Fedora Security
Guide.  The changes introduced a few untranslated and fuzzy lines.  I've updated the
POT files on Transifex[0] and they are ready for translation.  Because not much changes in
this guide, from year to year, the languages that already have a lot of translations
won't see much work to be done.

Thanks to all the translators that help bring this content to so many people.

Hi,

There are many wiki markup pieces in this document (double and triple  
quotation marks instead of common DocBook markup).

Is this expected? Should we use the same markup in translation or it  
should be changed to something else?

Yuri,
No, this is not expected.  I just did a quick search through the document and see where
these are.  In many of these places the XML tag should be <code> and in others
<command>.

I just committed your patch containing the typo fixes but I haven't pushed new POT
files to TX just yet.  Let me see if I can go through the guide and fix those wiki
markups, real quick, and then I can make one big push that will hopefully yield an
error-free guide, at least when it comes to markup and spelling.

Thanks again for that patch you provided earlier.  That made the fixes so much easier!

Eric,

if you have SVG versions of the pictures included into the guide, could you add them to
Git? They should be translated but it is hard to do with PNG files.

I wasn't the one that added the images so I don't have any version other than
what's there.  I'll try to start moving those images over to SVG but I don't
think it will happen this release unless someone else has the time to do this.
