Hello everyone,

With Fedora 38, we're going to release a new, updated version of fedoraproject.org main site that will replace the previous getfedora.org.
A preview of the latest up-to-date version is available at: https://fedora.gitlab.io/websites-apps/fedora-websites/fedora-websites-3.0

The new site is now entering its final development phase with the release of Fedora Linux 38 Beta in a few hours and is stable enough for new translations.

IS there any minimal % that needs to be translated in order to be shown
publicly?

Hi, there is none strictly speaking. Adding a newly translated language 
to the site is a manual process.
We review the available translations occasionally and add any missing 
ones over ~50-60%.
Existing languages get updated automatically.

Why so? The reason to publish partially translated content is not for user confort but for contributor.

Here, with that threshold, we have a human to validate publication.

When you are starting free software translation and you successfully passed the many walls to be able to contribute fedora translation, you have new walls to understand who to reach to have it published.
Good luck to the contributor to understand where to do the request on Pagure, gitlab, bugz, or whatever tool we'll be using.

I am against that manual behavior as it adds a new single point of failure.
And there is nothing against Darknao who does a tremendous work.
Because contributors appears and disappear every days.

Corect behavior is 100% automation, and if you want a threshold, it should be automated too, or we should not require it.

+1 for automation

I've seen a lot of partially translated content, and it's not helping,
people, get discouraged from browsing content and move away.
This is why I wanted to understand if there is a way to limit this.
