Call to translators: new guide on Transifex, the FreeIPA Management Guide

Hi all,

The FreeIPA Management Guide has been set up on Transifex for translation.

The guide will be reviewed by upstream team led by Martin Kosek as
announced on the docs list, but given the size of the document, let's
start early, and release the translations early as well.

I plan to update the resources as upstream moves, do let me know if it
is moving too fast as time passes.

Please let me know also of issues you could have.
