Disabling Translation Statistics for 'specspo'

Hi all,

I have disable translation statistics for 'specspo' until we find a solution that
doesn't kill the server. 
Generating statistics for all modules and branches without specspo takes ~35 minutes. With
specspo it takes 2 days.
