It seems that the maintainer has recently pushed/updated/overwritten?
the translation files. I'd contact him for more info.
Only than the maintainers of the Anaconda project and your translation
team can update your translation files.

Why did this happen again and again?
I don't and won't know who did this, or how this happened.
But,
Anaconda is a very important component of Fedora, the translation of it would be vital to
local users especially newbies.
