Hi,
It seems that this messages is from Anaconda's catalog (#620 for F24). It is
translated properly in F24 package:
https://www.rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/fedora/24/x86_64/a/anaconda-core-24.13....
May it be that this is some old beta/testing ISO image?
