It seems the document has changed from storaged to udisks2, and no action has been taken to reuse previous translations, leaving it at 0 translated strings.
I have to say the TM Merge button works like a charm :-), even though you have to use it page by page. There are only 8 new strings, 2 of them being just a change of a word (storaged->udisks2).

It's true, there is a running issue on this subject, you may go and add your comment : https://github.com/storaged-project/storaged/issues/86
Using Translation Memory works, but it is not optimal, just downloading the po file from github and upload it to Zanata is way faster. Zanata handles perfectly the merge.
Dear translator teams,
The Storaged issue has been solved by project maintainer, strings are up to date on Zanata: https://fedora.zanata.org/iteration/view/storaged/storaged
Current status : 100% : cs, pl, es, uk 98% : ca, pt-BR, sk ~80% : en-GB, sv, da, de, ko, el, gl, hu, id, it, ru, sr, sl, tr, zh-CN, nl, ja, lt, zh-TW ~40% : hr, kk, lv, fi ~25% : fr, ia, pa, eu
This package is marked as priority package, but Adam Williamson think only a few strings may appears in the end-user UI (this tool looks like used for with Blivet/Anaconda AFAIK). You may finish translation if you started it, I also suggest to work before October 15th, with no promise.
have a nice day,

storaged has replaced udisks2 in Fedora 25 and therefore it is extensively used by many packages, including Nautilus.
Best regards,

Best regards,
Thanks for pointing it out, we should write that kind of information in priority list!
FIY, I filled a new bug in storaged, the strings are too much cutted to make some translation: https://github.com/storaged-project/storaged/issues/101
