I have translated Yum, but who should I sent an email to get it uploaded?

This bug is for German translations, but it should be better for upstream to collect any translations in one bug...?

What do you think about collecting any bug urls on one wiki page? Maybe http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/TxBugs ??

you have to open a bug report against the module.
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&compone...
Unfortunately, transifex is currently missing this vital information for some modules, so you should take a look at older damned lies, which had this info available for most modules:
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/yum

Good point. I've updated the page to have a link for submissions.
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/tx/projects/yum/
Ping me on IRC to update the others which don't accept submission currently.
FWIW, we already have a ticket open to add links to ticketing systems. Until then, we can easily embed this information in the description of the project.
