Fedora Weblate upgrade this Saturday (October 17th)

Dear translators,

latest Weblate's release [1] requires database migration, please expect 
a downtime of 2 to 4 hours.

Migration should start Saturday 17th at 8:00 CEST (central europe standard time)
https://translate.fedoraproject.org will be unavailable

It should be back online at 12:00 CEST.

Everything is done by Michal, the main weblate dev.
Fedora infra isn't involved in this, any issue has to be reported to
trans(a)lists.fedoraproject.org

The upgrade went smoother than expected and the service is back online.
There might be slight performance impact for next few hours though.

I'm looking forward to see Pull Requests support for Pagure now that 
weblate's pull requests mechanism were rewritten :)

Issue is https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/3346
