How to have every ABRT strings translated ? You can't, but you can still do a lot !

Dear translator teams,


The ABRT developers updated strings and added retrace-server to Zanata.

To target 100% of translated strings, there is 4 projects to survey :

Please note:

..having 4 different projects asks to be more careful about global 
consistency,

..words can be difficult to translate (coredump, backtrace, ...), some 
languages won't take the risk but I invite you to find the best suited 
word with your community.

..a few strings are coming from kernel, you won't be able to translate 
it, even if shown in user interface

Btw, retrace-server is in website group, but I don't know why. Can 
someone explain who manage groups and fix it ?
