Thank you for your message Alex, when diving in a subject, we sometimes
forget basic steps.
Here is the new structure proposal :
L10N
L10N/Steering Committee => governance, even if not working at the moment
L10N/Join => every explanation to create an account
L10N/Guide => every useful information about how translation works,
including FAQ
=> sub pages with details, like important schedule
steps, coordinator/administrator roles
=> sub page with information for developers
L10N/Priority packages => List of high priority packages
L10N/Teams => Team page
L10N/Tools => every tool information, intl, Zanata,
Publican, pology?
L10N/Events => Listing of events
L10N/Meetings => Listing of meetings
L10N/Historic content => archive
FLTG => actual page, even if not working at the moment
I updated the ODS file with legend and colors to make it easier:
