Introduce two experienced Simplified Chinesse translators

Hi,

I would like to introduce two experience simplified Chinese translators,
and I hope they can be enlisted in zh-CN at fedora.zanata.org.

Xi Huang has been translating for more than 10 years,
and he is an active translator in RHEV and JBoss.

Tongjie Fu has also have more than 10 years experience,
mainly working at RHEV and OpenStack Platform

Both of them are willing to contribute to Fedora.
I hope they can be accepted and be granted the translator and reviewer permissions.
