GSoC L10N project: Progress

Afeter having thought about it or a while, I'm not sure having a web UI
to translate po file is a very good idea. It is much more difficult to
handle and we will loose features from kbabel for example. 


It depends on what you would like to put in it, but a Rosetta-like apps
is not that welcome I think :(

Hi Dimitri, just to let you know that we (Alain Portal and I) working
on a much more constructive answer. It will come asap.
I also would like to apologize for my last email, it was really

You are very kind, it was much more polite than many people are too each
other. :)

I want to note that a first goal of the WebUI is to provide the same
functions found in http://i18n.redhat.com/cgi-bin/i18n-status.

Actually grabbing, translating, and submitting via the WebUI should
*not* replace the current use of CVS/VCS.  It would be a supplement, not
a replacement.
