I'd try zanata's own bug tracking tool.
But first, are you sure it is an issue in zanata? The editor does
that kind of validation depending on user and project settings[1][2].
It seems anaconda has that set to Error level. If that's the issue,
it should be reported to anaconda[3], not to zanata. Meantime, by the
reading of [2] you might be able to save your translation as fuzzy,
and it might even be used.
